El grupo Sunset World consolida en Cancún su liderazgo.
Para consolidarse en 2011 como la mejor compañía en experiencias vacacionales en el Caribe mexicano, Sunset World invirtió más de 7 millones de dólares en la renovación del hotel Sunset Royal y anunció la remodelación y ampliación de sus centros de hospedaje de Cancún y de la Riviera Maya.
Directivos del corporativo informaron que está programada, para finales de este año, la construcción de un nuevo hotel, de 450 habitaciones en el desarrollo Tres Ríos en la Riviera Maya.
En la conferencia de prensa, encabezada por el asesor corporativo de Sunset World, Sigfrido Paz Paredes, y la directora de Marca del grupo, Annie Arroyo de Luisa, se anunció que para este año se prevé la remodelación de los hoteles boutique de Cancún -Laguna Suites Golf and Spa y Ocean Spa Hotel-, así como la ampliación del Sunset Fishermen Beach Resort, en la Riviera Maya, en la que se invertirán 26 millones de dólares para la construcción de 80 nuevos departamentos.
Según se informó, como parte de su plan de renovación continua, Sunset World llevó al cabo en los últimos meses del año pasado una completa renovación del complejo Sunset Royal, que incluyó suites, mobiliario, apertura de nuevos centros de consumo, elaboración de nuevos menús, programas de entretenimiento y actividades.
Creado en 1986, Sunset World es uno de los corporativos turísticos más sólidos, con presencia en México, Estados Unidos, India, Filipinas e Inglaterra.
En medio del gran número de bellezas naturales que caracterizan esta región, el organismo turístico desarrolló un grupo de magníficos hoteles con instalaciones, diseño y servicio de clase mundial para brindar a sus huéspedes unas vacaciones inolvidables llenas de aventura, diversión y descanso.
